Regional Sales Managers

The Opportunity

We are seeking four (4) highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Managers to work
remotely and drive growth within the critical Health Club and YMCA markets across the following
markets:

Southwest territory: CO, KS, MO, NM, OK, north TX
Midwest territory:
MI, IN, IL, WI, MN, IA, ND, SD, NE, MT, WY, ID
Mid-Atlantic territory: DE, DC, IN, KY, MD, MI, OH, VA, and WV.
Northeast territory:
CT, MA, ME, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, and VT.

This is an opportunity to leverage your deep understanding of fitness, wellness, and community organizations to bring cutting-edge performance spaces to market.

You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship building to securing projects with key decision-makers at corporate health club chains, independent fitness centers, and various YMCA and community wellness facilities.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within the Northeast territory, specifically focusing on the Health Club and YMCA markets.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business, targeting both new facility construction and existing facility renovation projects.
  • Build and Manage a robust pipeline of opportunities in key markets including major metropolitan areas and surrounding regions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with owners, general managers, and facilities directors in your target markets.
  • Serve as the key resource on PLAE’s innovative line of performance products, consulting with clients to design customized solutions for their space and performance goals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal design, project management, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and exceptional client experience.

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B sales, preferably in commercial fitness equipment, performance flooring, or facility construction services.
  • Direct experience selling to the Health Club industry or the YMCA.
  • Deep knowledge of the SouthWest US regional or the MidWest market and its key players.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A "never settle" attitude, with a passion for human performance and a proven ability to close complex sales cycles.
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout the region elected.

Staff Accountant

As our Staff Accountant (Part-time), you will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, financial reporting, reconciliations, and assisting with financial analysis. Success in the role will come from attention to detail, understanding of the job function and implications, and cultivating strong internal and external relationships. Candidates must be willing to commute to the Canton Office and in this role, you will report to our Finance Manager.

Part Time, Canton, GA

How will you bring leadership to PLAE?

  • Complete daily cash applications.
  • Responsible for general ledger account reconciliations as assigned.
  • Month end journal entries and other closing activities.
  • Assist with global commission calculations and statement preparation.
  • Maintain accounting records in an organized and efficient manner.
  • Team Player – Perform other duties, tasks, and/or projects as assigned.

How will you know you are perfect for this key role at PLAE?

As our ideal candidate you will have at least 2 years of relevant accounting, credentials and skills including:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred (finance, business admin, accounting, etc.).
  • Proficiency and accuracy with data entry and updates.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to respect and maintain confidential information.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate team building attitude and skills.
  • Ability to initiate, organize, and prioritize workload.
  • Experience with foreign currency a plus.
  • Strong ERP software application and advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate with other functional teams and build relationships across all levels and countries within the organization.
  • Having a winning mindset, can-do attitude and passion for personal health, fitness and wellness.

Base salary range for this position is $18.00 – $20.00 per hour in addition to the following benefits:

  • Generous Paid Time Off
